Duplicate a Permission Group for the Document Management Tool
Objective
To duplicate an existing permission group in the Document Management tool.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permissions:
- 'Admin' level permissions to the project's Document Management tool.
Steps
- Navigate to the project's Document Management tool.
- Click the Configure Settings icon.
- In the Permission Groups section of the Permissions tab, locate the permission group that you want to copy.
- Click the duplicate icon for the permission group.
This opens the Create Permission Group panel. - Make adjustments to the People and Permissions tabs if needed. See Create a Permission Group for the Document Management Tool for more detail.
- When you are ready to save the new permission group, click Create.
