Configure Your View in the Document Management Tool
Objective
To configure columns and table settings for the list view in a project's Document Management tool.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permissions:
- 'Standard' or 'Admin' level permissions to the project's Document Management tool.

- 'Standard' or 'Admin' level permissions to the project's Document Management tool.
Steps
- Navigate to the project's Document Management tool.
- The following options are available:
Configure Columns and Table Settings
- From the 'All Documents' or 'Uploads' tab, click the table settings icon.
This opens the Table Settings side panel. - Configure the following options to automatically adjust your view:
- Row Height: Choose Small, Medium or Large to adjust the height of the rows in the table to your preference.
- Configure Columns: Select which columns you want shown in the table.
- Click a toggle ON to show the column.
- Click a toggle OFF to hide the column.
- Reset to Default: Click if you want to reset the columns back to the default configuration.
- Click the x or table settings icon to close the side panel.
Reorder, Resize and Pin Columns
Reorder Columns
- In the table, hover over the header of a column that you want to move.
- Click and drag the column and drop it where you want it to be shown.
- Repeat the steps to rearrange other columns as necessary.
Resize Columns
- In the table, hover over the right edge of a column that you want to resize. A width arrow will appear.
- Click and drag the column to adjust the width.
- Repeat the steps to resize other columns as necessary.
Pin or Autosize Columns
- In the table, hover over a column name.
- Click the vertical ellipsis icon.
- The following actions are available:
- Pin Column:
- Pin Left: Click if you want to pin the column to the left side of the table.
- Pin Right: Click if you want to pin the column to the right side of the table.
- No Pin: Click if you want to remove the pin from the column.
- Autosize This Column: Click to automatically adjust the size of the selected column.
- Autosize All Columns: Click to automatically adjust the size of all columns.
- Sort By This Column: Click to automatically sort documents by this column in an ascending or descending order.
- Reset Columns: Click if you want to reset the columns to the default setting.
