Core Tools

Admin
New Configurable Fieldsets for Incident Environmental Records

Users 'Admin' level permissions on the Company level Admin tool can now configure fieldsets for the Incidents tool's environmental records. See Which fields in the Incidents tool can be configured as required, optional or hidden?

Documents
Bulk Upload New Versions of Files

As a follow-up to the Documents tool visual redesign, you can now upload new versions of files in bulk to the Project and Company level Documents tools. When uploading files to a folder, Procore will list any files that already exist with the same name. You can then select whether to upload each file as a new version or rename them. Project Management

Coordination Issues
List View Improvements for Co-ordination Issues

Users reviewing co-ordination issues in the Co-ordination Issues tool on the Procore web application can now click anywhere in an issue's row to open a side panel that displays additional details of the issue without navigating away from the Co-ordination Issues dashboard. Inspections
New Multiple Response Sets Added

Procore has added two new multiple response sets called '[Procore] Yes/No' and '[Procore] True/False'. These multiple response sets have been automatically added to the Company level Inspections tool for all companies with the Inspections tool enabled and they can be used on all projects with the Inspections tool enabled. Multiple response sets can be added when creating or editing both Company level and Project level inspection templates. Financial Management

Consistent & Custom Units of Measure: New Tools Added

If your organisation uses a Unit of Measure (UoM) that is not already in Procore’s Unit of Measure Master List, you can add a custom unit of measure on commitments, variations and direct costs. With this update, you’ll greater flexibility and improved consistency, particularly for users in specialised trades who require additional units of measure.
