Create Programmed Work Entries

To create Programmed Work entries in the project's Site Diary tool.


Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Standard' or 'Admin' permissions on the project's Site Diary tool.
  • Additional Information:
    • Information such as the resource and task name can be carried over to the Programmed Work log from the project's programme. If you want this information to be populated automatically, ensure the following prerequisites are met:
      • A programme file, such as a Microsoft Project file, must be uploaded to the project's Programme tool. See Upload a Project Programme File to Procore's Web Application.
      • The programme file must include resource assignments on the project's tasks. Refer to your programme program's support resources for specific instructions.


  1. Navigate to the project's Site Diary tool.
  2. Scroll to the Programmed Work section.
  3. Fill out the the following information:
